- 40% of the seats are allocated via JoSAA/CSAB counseling, while the remaining 60% are filled through institutional counseling.
- It is required for candidates to secure a minimum aggregate score of 60% in their Class XII examination.
- For the 40% seats, one needs to take the JEE (Main) exam. Admissions are done on the basis of rank in JEE (Main) through JoSAA Counselling and CSAB Special Round.
- For the 60% seats, candidates need to take the JEE (Main) exam and apply separately for Tezpur University counselling
