Active LPU Coupon Code 2027: Use LPUJAL394 on the Official Admission Portal
Applying to Lovely Professional University for the 2027 session? Here is the working coupon code, exactly where to enter it, what the 2027 admission season looks like, and the mistakes that make people pay full price by accident.
Opens LPU's official admission portal · The exact discount is shown on the payment screen
The active LPU coupon code for 2027 is LPUJAL394. You use it during application on admission.lpu.in, LPU's official portal, to reduce what you pay at the application stage. The final amount depends on your programme, category and admission phase, so read the number on the payment page before confirming.
Every admission season the same thing happens. A student reaches the LPU payment page, notices there is a coupon field, and has no idea what to type. Someone pastes a code from an old forum post, it fails, and they pay the full amount because the deadline is close. This page exists so that does not happen to you.
Below you will find the code, a plain-English explanation of LPUNEST 2027, the dates reported so far, a six-step walkthrough, and honest notes on what a coupon can and cannot do for your total cost of studying at LPU.
What Is LPUJAL394 and What Does It Do?
LPUJAL394 is a partner coupon code for applications made through LPU's official admission portal. It is tied to the partner reference in the link above (agent_id=LPUJAL394). Applying a code like this reduces the amount payable at the application stage. It does not change your eligibility, your LPUNEST score or the scholarship you can earn.

LPU Admission 2027: The Season at a Glance
LPU runs LPUNEST, its own entrance and scholarship test, in more than one phase through the year. The dates below were reported by education news sites in October 2026. LPU's own page can change them, so confirm on lpu.in/nest before you plan around any single date.
LPUNEST 2027 in Plain English
What it is
The Lovely Professional University National Entrance and Scholarship Test. It works as an entrance test and as the basis for scholarships.
Is it compulsory?
LPU states that qualifying LPUNEST is mandatory for most programmes. For B.Tech, a JEE Main score is also accepted as an alternative route. Check your programme page.
How it is conducted
LPU's portal describes remotely proctored and test-centre-based modes, with eligibility rules that vary by programme.
Why the score matters
Your performance decides the scholarship you are offered. The coupon saves you money on the application. The score can save you far more on tuition.

Is LPU Worth Applying To? What the Record Shows
A coupon is only a good deal if the university is right for you. These are the facts LPU itself publishes or that are widely reported:
| Parameter | Detail |
|---|---|
| Location | Phagwara, Punjab. Established 2005 |
| NAAC grade | A++ with a score of 3.68 on a 4-point scale, as stated on LPU's LPUNEST page |
| Rankings | LPU appears in NIRF university rankings. The exact rank differs by year and category, so check nirfindia.org for the latest |
| Entrance route | LPUNEST for most programmes, with JEE Main accepted for B.Tech |
| Scholarships | Based on LPUNEST performance. Amounts vary by programme and category |
Why students choose LPU
- A very wide choice of programmes in one campus
- Merit scholarships linked to a single test score
- Admission through its own process, without waiting for a national counselling round
- Top NAAC grade
What to check first
- Placement figures differ by branch. Ask for your branch's numbers, not the university average
- Total cost includes hostel, mess and other charges beyond tuition
- If you can get a seat through JEE counselling at a government institute, compare it honestly
- Scholarship slabs depend on the scheme in force for your year
My cousin almost skipped the coupon field completely. He was on his phone, saw the fee summary, and hit Pay. I made him go back, scroll down, and there was a small "Have a code?" link under the total. He entered the code, the amount dropped, and he paid the lower figure. It took 20 seconds. The lesson was simple: slow down at the payment page, because that is where mistakes cost real money.
